A unique end of season adventure for accomplished skiers and boarders. Through the week we train and acclimatise with a series of great backcountry tours, before heading across to Italy for a heli drop at nearly 4000m high on the flanks of Mont Blanc. From here we climb to the summit, before making the huge and intricate descent of Western Europe’s highest mountain. I had a fantastic trip with 14 clients and 6 other guides in April 2003. Everyone got to the top and enjoyed an amazing descent.
